- Practical experience using ServiceNow for incident and service request management.
- Experience supporting hardware deployment, configuration, and replacement activities.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
- Understanding of IT security, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of workplace technology and Microsoft endpoint environments.
