You will be a key pillar in shaping the work environment and culture of Qonto, working closely with our IT, People teams, and Barcelona leadership to ensure our office functions effectively across different cultures.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Workplace & Events Manager - Spain at Qonto, you will:


Lead and manage workplace operations to ensure a high-quality, productive, and engaging environment for all employees.

Design and execute a variety of events and activities that foster team collaboration, inclusion, and company culture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to optimize office and event experiences.

Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the workplace and promote Qonto's values and mission.

🤝 About your future manager:


Your manager will be Agathe, our Head of Workplace and Internal Events at Qonto.


With over 15 years of experience in workplace management, Agathe has built her expertise through roles at prominent companies including LinkedIn, Uber, and OpenClassrooms before joining Qonto. She brings a wealth of knowledge in creating environments that prioritize employee well-being and productivity.


Agathe is passionate about workplace innovation and believes in creating flexible, adaptable spaces that meet the evolving needs of employees. She values team members who are proactive, organized, and bring creative solutions to workplace challenges. Under her leadership, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance the Qonto experience for all employees.


You'll also collaborate closely with Paul and Ludovic, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.


🏅 About You:


Organizational skills: You have a high ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to keep everything running smoothly in both workplace operations and event management for at least 3 years.

Communication skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication abilities essential for dealing with employees, management, and vendors, with fluency in English and Spanish. (Catalan would be a plus).

Problem-solving abilities: You can quickly identify problems and think logically and creatively to solve them, ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic office environment.

Adaptability: You thrive in changing environments and can handle multiple tasks or unexpected challenges efficiently, shifting between workplace and event responsibilities as needed.

Customer service orientation: You have a strong focus on meeting and exceeding the needs of internal customers, creating positive experiences for all Qontoers.
