Your Role
As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead with a hospitality mindset—anticipating needs, elevating service, and championing opportunities that deepen employee engagement and well-being.
You will provide strategic leadership to deliver thoughtful, high-touch experiences that make both clients and employees feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
This role is a key partner in curating an exceptional client and employee journey across our physical environment, services, and programming—reflective of the standards of an industry-leading design firm. What You Will Do
Leadership & People Experience
Build and oversee a front-of-house Office Experience team with a focus on hospitality and service excellence, cultivating a workplace that prioritizes employee engagement, well-being, and impact
Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities for the Office Experience team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and growth
Develop strong partnerships with office leadership and internal teams to ensure the voice of employees is heard and acted upon, identifying opportunities to enhance workplace culture and experience
Deliver clear, engaging written and verbal communications with professionalism, hospitality, and consistent decorum
Bring innovative thinking and inspire engagement through programs, initiatives, and daily experiences
Employee Experience
Curate programs and services that create a destination workplace and reinforce a positive office culture
Collaborate with Office Leadership to create employee experience strategies and events and implement unique and rotating programs. This may range from appreciation and recognition to special events and learning programs.
Partner with HR and IT to support onboarding and new hire engagement, acting as a resource for employees navigating their start in the Dallas office
Serve as a hospitality ambassador for the office, playing an integral role in client and guest experiences as well as day-to-day operations
Office Management
Collaborate with finance team to establish and manage budgets (PCARD, events, storage, supplies, repairs, maintenance, moves, food & beverage, etc.) ensure adherence to accounts payable procedures and ensure all vendor invoices are appropriately paid
Collaborate with leadership on office operations; openly communicate and update leadership regarding office issues with a solutions-oriented approach
Provides hand-on support to our Office Experience team, jumping in wherever needed
Develop and maintain effective supplier contracts, coordinate office/studio moves, and act as POC for building management
Oversee the overall cleanliness and organization of the office
Event & Meeting Management
Ensure exceptional experiences for internal and external meetings and events, including Fireside Chats, Office Meetings, Bonus Day celebrations, and client appreciation events
Point of contact for office events calendar, managing and maintaining
Source external meeting and event space, catering and entertainment including managing event budgets, and all vendor contracts
Implement unique, rotating programs and employee experience strategies
Oversee high-profile client events and meetings, ensuring world-class service through attention to detail in budget, registration, catering, and setup
Partner with the Office Experience team to create welcoming and seamless experiences for all visitors and employees
Your Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in a professional services environment, with responsibility for employee experience, workplace operations, corporate services, or event planning
Proven experience leading, hiring, coaching, and developing teams to achieve results
Demonstrated ownership of large-scale events, including budget management, logistics, and post-event evaluation
Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that support organizational goals
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong follow-through, scheduling, and proofreading capabilities
Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively at all levels and maintain confidentiality
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, resourceful, flexible, and willing to work extended hours to support events and initiatives
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other collaboration platforms; comfortable learning new technologies
Experience in architecture, hospitality, or professional services strongly preferred
Continuous-improvement mindset, bringing best practices and implementing new processes to enhance workplace experience and operational effectiveness
