Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the WX operations across our offices. He/she will be responsible to support Spain WX organization to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all WX related services for offices.

This role requires strategic oversight of daily operations, vendor management, compliance with regulatory standards, project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry requirements and experience managing integrated FM services in a complex organization.

Main responsibilities:

Strategic Facility Management:
• Implement and contribute to FM strategies for the Spain sites in line with WX Key markets goals.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Hospitality:
• Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, address guest needs promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Oversee Facility Operations: Manage the daily operations of the hospitality establishment, including housekeeping, front desk, and amenities, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Lead contractor’s staff: fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance standards.

• Closely manage the Food & Beverage operations on site, which are a key element of our employee experience.

Operational Excellence:
• Lead external and internal teams to provide day-to-day FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, utilities, hospitality service, etc.

• Ensure facilities comply with Sanofi standards and local regulations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on WX matters. Play the key role to maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders.

• Monitor vendor performance to ensure service level agreements are met.

• Manage and optimize Spain WX budget (OPEX/CAPEX) to meet financial targets.

• Support in managing our car fleet

• Assure with our iFM partner that there is sufficient subject matter expertise regarding the various key topics.

Project Management:
• Work with our Real Estate to support office design & built projects.

• Manage small renovations, space planning, utilization analysis.

• Build reports and business cases to be used for project team meetings and steering committees.

• Implement/lead various global projects.

About you

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of integrated facility management with project management experience and at least 2 years of people management experience in complex organization.

Soft skills:

• Highly effective organization, negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Excellent in both oral and written English and Spanish.

• Must be able to manage and lead change.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and influence stakeholders in a multicultural setting.

Technical skills:

• A good knowledge of varied technical disciplines related to Facility Management.

• Strong project management including experience of large office design & built project and service outsourcing bidding.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred:

• FM experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

• Hospitality experience in hotel industry.
