About the Role:
As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, organized, and high-energy office experience for our employees and visitors. You’ll own the day-to-day office operations, support employee experience initiatives, coordinate vendors and logistics, assist with travel and event coordination, and help ensure the office runs efficiently in a fast-paced global startup environment.
This role combines operations, employee experience, office management, and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with multiple teams across the company, ensuring your work aligns with the current workplace experience and becomes an important part of the office's culture, atmosphere, and daily rhythm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own day-to-day office operations together with our current workplace experience and ensure the office runs smoothly
- Support office projects, workplace experience, and welfare initiatives across the Israel office.
- Coordinate office vendors, supplies, deliveries, maintenance, and logistics
- Help organize company events, happy hours, team activities, and internal celebrations
- Support onboarding logistics and experience for new employees
- Work closely with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations teams
- Help maintain a welcoming, high-energy, and organized office environment
- Take ownership of operational tasks, big and small, with a hands-on approach
- 1-2 years of experience in Office Management, Employee Experience, Welfare, Operations, or Administrative roles
- Experience in a startup, tech company, or global environment is a strong advantage
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of English, both written and verbal
- Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A “get things done” mindset with high ownership
- Comfortable handling both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks
