As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be the "eyes and ears" of the office, ensuring that shared environments—specifically kitchens, bathrooms, and meeting rooms—are maintained to a high standard of wellbeing. This role blends light facility maintenance with high-touch hospitality to create a frictionless experience for employees and guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen & Hospitality Wellbeing
- Daily Maintenance: Manage all shared-use kitchens and kitchenettes, including brewing and cleaning coffee stations, loading/unloading dishwashers, and cleaning appliances (microwaves, toasters, fridges)
- Sanitation: Deep-clean surfaces such as counters, tables, and ice machine exteriors
- Inventory & Stocking: Restock kitchen supplies and empty compost as needed
Facility & Meeting Room Readiness
- Bathroom Care: Ensure restrooms are well-stocked with paper goods and soap, and maintain clean counters throughout the day
- Meeting Room Management: Clean whiteboards and reset rooms after use to ensure they are "meeting-ready" for the next group
- Special Function Support: Execute meeting room setups and resets for special events, including coordinating catering pickups and furniture rearrangement
General Office Support
- Aesthetic Standards: Perform light mopping or vacuuming in high-traffic common areas when necessary to maintain a professional appearance
- Team Support: Provide vacation or sick-day coverage for cafe staff
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Service Mindset: A proactive approach to service, anticipating the needs of the office before they become issues
- Detail-Oriented: High standards for cleanliness and organization in shared corporate spaces
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks, such as moving chairs or lifting up to 25–40 lbs
- Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality, office services, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred

Compensation: $19-$22/hour
