As a Workplace Engineering Intern, you'll design, automate, and run the internal systems Maki works on every day - from laptop provisioning and access management to the workplace processes behind them.
What you'll be working on
Building automation that removes manual work from our IT operations - provisioning, access, reporting - so they are scalable
Defining and maintaining our workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
Deploying our macOS fleet through MDM: enrollment, role-based app sets, security baseline - patch compliance, access management, and good hygiene practices
Handling support requests across hardware, software, and network issues, seeing them through to resolution - and turning the recurring ones into something that doesn't come back
This role is for you if...
You want to contribute directly to how a fast-moving tech company runs its workplace
You take ownership of problems, follow through without being chased, and have a natural attention to detail
You want to work in a small team where your contributions are visible and your questions are genuinely welcome
You want to learn how workplace engineering works in a modern scale-up environment - from automation to the tools that power our daily work (macOS, Slack, Notion, and more)
You're looking for a real internship - one where you learn by doing, not by watching

You're finishing your studies in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and are looking for an end of studies internship
You have a foundational understanding of operating systems and networking
You are comfortable working in English (French is a plus)

What We Do
Our vision is to give human resources more-than-human powers. We are building AI agents that liberate HR teams, advance organizations, and expand human potential. HR was never designed for impact. For decades, it has been trapped in legacy systems—built for record-keeping, not decision-making. Buried in manual tasks, fragmented tools, and static processes, HR teams struggle to keep up with the demands of modern work. Outdated ATS and LMS systems force inefficiencies, and 90% of talent data remains unstructured, wasted, and unusable. Instead of engaging top talent or filling critical roles, HR is stuck in administrative work—screening, scheduling, and chasing candidates lost in slow, impersonal processes. Maki changes that. By combining human ingenuity with AI-driven intelligence, Maki transforms HR from an administrative function into a strategic powerhouse. Our AI Agents don’t just assist—they take action. Fully autonomous, they embed into each company’s workflows, freeing HR to drive impact, not manage inefficiencies. No more wasted data. No more rigid systems. Just seamless, AI-powered talent intelligence that fuels business growth.
