The Operations team is vital to LearnUpon and is responsible for keeping the core operations of LearnUpon running smoothly. As our first Workplace Coordinator in Serbia you’ll be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the Belgrade office to create a comfortable and fun working environment for the team. You will manage and support all internal events across the company and you will be part of a team who is responsible to grow and strengthen the great company culture we have in LearnUpon.

What will I be doing?

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Belgrade office including:
    • Office phone calls
    • Meet and greet guests
    • Supplies and inventory
    • Health and safety
    • New hire setup
    • Employee documentation
    • Shipments and couriers
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for employees in Serbia
  • Allocate and maintain a budget for the Belgrade office
  • Support with employee event planning in Serbia and occasionally other locations
  • Oversee the Belgrade Social Club
  • Support with space planning, office expansions and layout changes as needed
  • Implement and manage official office policies and procedures
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks for the Head of Departments when requested
  • Assist with global workplace projects 

What skills do I need?                                                                               

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a mix of customer service, hospitality, and office assistance
  • Self-starter with an ability to take initiative and improve inefficiencies
  • Experience dealing with vendors and service providers
  • You are a team player with a sense of ownership and a “get things done” attitude
  • You have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have outstanding written and communication skills

  • Project management experience.
