The Workplace Coordinator manages day-to-day office operations across two locations. This position starts as a 90-day contract with the expectation to transition into a full-time within 4 to 6 months as operational demands grow.

Greet and welcome guests, visitors and new employees, ensuring a positive first impression and assisting with sign-in procedures.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages to appropriate team members.
Coordinate with building management regarding facility maintenance, repairs, and access.
Assist in planning and executing office events, team gatherings, and culture-building activities.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing desks and welcome kits.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
Providing light administrative support to the team.
Role Schedule & Requirements
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift packages up to 30lbs on a consistent and daily basis.
Much of this position requires receiving deliveries each of the 3 days in office.
