We’re looking for a friendly, organised, ‘can-do’ legend to join our Sunshine Coast office as a Workplace Administrator. This front-of-house role is perfect if you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person who gets stuff DONE.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact – greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are well maintained
- Coordinate with IT and facilities to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist with onboarding new team members and supporting internal events
- Manage office supplies, catering, and general administration tasks
- Support compliance and contribute to a positive team culture
About You:
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Happy to be in our Sunshine Coast office 5 days per week
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
- Able to take initiative, solve problems, and work well in a team
- Committed to building a positive and inclusive workplace
