The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, ‘can do’ legend to join our Canberra office

as a Workplace Administrator. This front-of house role is perfect if you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person who gets stuff DONE.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact – greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are well maintained
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities to keep the office running smoothly
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and supporting internal events
  • Manage office supplies, catering, and general administration tasks
  • Support compliance and contribute to a positive team culture

About You:

  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
  • Happy to be in our Canberra office 5 days per week
  • Confident in working autonomously and with remote support from Manager / Team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
  • Able to take initiative, solve problems, and work well in a team
  • Committed to building a positive and inclusive workplace

Please note: the Salary on offer for this position is $70,000 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
