Job Description
Coordinates employee WorkLife activities, events, and programs to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta's People Strategy and Employee Promise.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in project/program coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- WorkLife or human resources experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
Certification Summary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven interpersonal skills, including ability to develop effective relationships with individuals and balance the needs of employees, managers, leaders, and vendors
- Must be able to multi-task, including ability to organize, prioritize, work effectively under pressure, and operate autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to be persuasive
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills, including ability to facilitate service recovery and problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include, days, evenings, nights, weekends and on-call
Job Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning, coordination and implementation of system wide WorkLife programs.
- Designs and coordinates employee functions/activities.
- Acts independently in evaluating and reporting event results; identifies and implements improvement opportunities.
- Develops, implements and evaluates ongoing programs designed to promote recognition of system employees.
- Coordinates financial management activities for work life programs, maintaining accurate and current documentation related to the operational performance and financial reporting of these programs.
- Partners with Internal Communications to develop collateral materials for presentations and program promotion; presentations to employees, managers, leaders and the community.
- Leads and/or assists with special projects as assigned.
- Represents Work Life at various employee meetings; presents programs at NEO or other department meetings
