The road to excellence was initiated in Blaj in the industrial technology sector, subsequently consolidating into the production of sensors and electronic components for the automotive powertrain since 2013. Job Description
- Offer support for different processes;
- Assist in data collection and analysis related to traffic patterns, transport costs, and route efficiency;
- Support the transport planning team in developing models and reports to optimize scheduling, routing, and resource use;
- Contribute to identifying operational challenges and proposing solutions to improve transport processes;
- Collaborate with team members on projects aimed at enhancing logistics and transportation efficiency;
- Tools development and improvement.
Qualifications
- University ongoing;
- Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills;
- The ability to work effectively on a team or independently;
- Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity;
- Analytical work style;
- PC knowledge;
- English level: advanced;
- German language is an advantage.
