Working Student Technology & Innovation

Digital technologies are transforming the legal profession. As a next generation law & tax firm, Loyens & Loeff invests in accelerating technology adoption and innovating business processes. To support this transition, our Innovation team is looking for a (international) working students. Your contribution will be to reshape how top-tier legal advisors provide services to clients. 

Your responsibilities as a Working Student Innovation:

• research, structure, and analyse information about market developments in legal tech;

• research and analyse market developments as well as business opportunities in legal tech;

• support the selection process of legal tech solutions in business cases;

• support the implementation and adoption of legal tech applications; 

• collect, structure, and analyse data about the use of our technology solutions; 

• draft internal and external communication about ongoing projects and implemented solutions. 

This role suits you, because you are/have:

• in the last stage of a Bachelor program or starting stage of a Master program of a relevant discipline like Law, Business Administration, Business Management, or Innovation;

• available for sixteen (16) hours a week for a six-month period;

• aspire to gain an understanding of the application of technology and innovation in the legal services industry; 

• eager to learn more about (Generative) AI, legal tech applications, (legal) data analysis, communication, the solution development process, and user adoption;  

• precise and focused;

• an excellent written and verbal command of the English language. Knowledge of the Dutch and French language is a plus;

• experience developing prompting strategies for research purposes is a plus.
