We’re looking for a Working Student - Talent Acquisition who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. If you are a 3rd-year Bachelor or Master student interested in Talent Acquisition and HR, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow by partnering with the rest of our HR department.
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Create and publish job profiles; distribute them on social media channels, relevant job boards, and through our talent acquisition partners
- Schedule phone interviews, candidate assessments, and provide feedback to candidates
- Take ownership of the candidate journey by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future opportunities
- Conduct reference checks and other pre-employment screenings
- Ensure candidates have an excellent experience throughout the entire talent acquisition process
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

What do we offer?
We offer you a position within one of the world’s largest banks, in a growing and international environment. You will have many opportunities to develop professionally, supported by training and development initiatives.

- Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
- 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment.
- 30 vacation days per year. Optional you can buy 15 additional days.
- Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or € 0,23 per km with a max of 75km one way.
- €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.
