• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring criteria and develop comprehensive candidate sourcing plans
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools 
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
