About Catapult 

“Catapult” is an analytics software designed to help brands optimize their performance on Amazon. It's offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and provides a comprehensive view of a brand's Amazon data. Within Catapult, we offer different products tailored for various roles within a company: Media for performance marketing analysis, retail for marketplace management, and the digital shelf for content creation and management. 

Our aim is to deliver actionable insights that you can directly implement to improve your Amazon strategy. Clients using Catapult include well-known brands like Bosch, Unilever, and Fackelmann. 


Our Business Intelligence team is currently looking for a motivated Working Student Sales Development (f/m/d) to drive the growth of Catapult. If you are an entrepreneurial-minded individual with curiosity about implementing new sales & marketing strategies, we encourage you to apply! 

The position is in Hamburg and entails up to 16 working hours per week. 

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You engage in basic research tasks to gather relevant industry content, trends, and news, helping the team stay ahead of the curve 
  • You conduct research of potential clients across Europe, starting with the DACH region, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy, focusing on companies and contacts 
  • You upload, qualify, and maintain leads in HubSpot to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. 
  • You initiate first outreach to researched leads, creating initial engagement and interest 
  • You assist in daily communications within the Marketing and Business Development team, facilitating smooth workflow and project coordination. 
  • You support the team in using Content AI to enhance outreach feedback 
Requirements
Who Are You?
  • You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in business administration, ecommerce, or marketing; students from other fields are also welcome 
  • You have a strong interest in business development and ecommerce topics, with a particular affinity for Amazon 
  • Ideally, you bring initial experience in ecommerce and/or business development 
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your skills and knowledge daily 
  • You are a strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills in English; German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and approach your tasks with a strong quality and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are committed to your projects, customer-focused, and comfortable taking responsibility for your work, from initial research to first outreach efforts with potential customers
