We are looking for a motivated, curious Sales Intern to join the Germany-Sales team at Snap Inc. in full-time as soon as possible, ideally for a period of 12 months. Our ideal candidate will have a data driven attitude, interest in media, advertising and Sales.
Snapchat helps businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. As a member of the local Sales team, you will drive analysis and reporting as well as partner with business leaders to grow Snapchat revenue. Working from our Hamburg or Berlin office, you’ll be responsible for gathering, assessing, and managing data to transform it into insights and drive analysis.

During the full-time, 6 to 12 month internships at Snapchat, we aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.
What you’ll do:

Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational business impact, which can be shared with sellers and/ or clients

Gather and analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations

Support the Vendor Sales teams where necessary, with special focus on the execution of Sales strategies and plans to enable teams to achieve business goals

Drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product teams
-
Support the German Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, such as one-off analyses, client presentations, creation of insights

Gain experience in the fields of client partnering and account management by receiving the respective training
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets)

Preferential social media know-how, mobile apps, and/ or digital /mobile marketing

Ability to rapidly run ad hoc reports and organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization

Ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and good organizational/ project managing skills

Someone who is self-directed and proactive

Fluency in English and in German
Qualifications:

Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree
