This position is part of the Program and Product Management department in Munich and requires on-site presence for 10–20 hours per week. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and continuously enhance our existing Smartsheet-based project management solution, as well as support and improve related tools such as Power BI and SharePoint Wiki. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure our tool landscape within the Program and Product Management department remains effective, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain and enhance our Smartsheet-based program/project management tool to ensure optimal functionality and usability
• Support organization-wide adoption by assisting with training and roll-out activities
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for the tool landscape, including managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, and SharePoint Wiki
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Basic programming or scripting skills to support tool enhancements and automation
• Experience in project management is a plus
