The Role

Since our launch in February 2017, we grew to more than 300 employees and expanded across the European region. Our Product team is looking for a driven Working Student to support critical product initiatives and help us scale our impact across the business. Your contribution will play a key role in accelerating key initiatives across squads.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on, entrepreneurial student to work in a fast-paced product environment and contribute meaningfully to product development, analytics, and automation efforts.

Duration: Part-time (20 hrs/week), 3-month contract with potential extension

Location: Remote-first (Austria or Germany-based only).

WHO YOU ARE:  


We’re open to diverse backgrounds, but here’s what would help you succeed in this role:

  • Having or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or a related field (not strictly required).
  • Some engineering experience – whether academic, hobbyist, or freelance – you’re comfortable working with tools and can communicate with technical teammates.
  • Interest and experience in the AI tool/model landscape (e.g., using GPTs, automation tools, agents, No-Code Tooling or building lightweight prototypes).
  • A problem-solver mindset – you enjoy building things, exploring new tools, and finding creative ways to get stuff done.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks with autonomy and clarity across multiple product and non-product teams.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked on side projects, early-stage startups, or done previous internships/traineeships.


 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 


You’ll work closely with our Director of Product, Product Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Drive success for our mobile app : this is a chance to take end-to-end responsibility (with mentorship and support).
  • Support analytics and reporting efforts: work with our Analytics team to execute lower-complexity data tasks, and help improve self-service reporting or automated dashboards for our PM team.
  • Lead automation projects: help identify and implement well-scoped task automation opportunities across the PM org.
  • Help out in general: Contribute to other initiatives or product areas depending on your skillset and team priorities
