Bosch Romania is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to support our legal team covering Romania and Bulgaria. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of legal areas relevant to a multinational corporation, including but not limited to commercial contracts, corporate projects, antitrust, and intellectual property. The intern will work closely with experienced legal professionals and contribute to real-world projects, gaining insights into the legal complexities of a global business. This is a remunerated position, offered on a full-time or part-time basis (please specify your preference in your application), with a hybrid working model from our Bosch Bucharest headquarters and remotely.

Here is what you will be doing, if you choose to join our team:

• Conduct legal research on Romanian law, as well as relevant EU regulations.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g., addenda, powers of attorney, contracts, agreements, etc).
• Support the legal team in corporate and commercial matters, including IP and competition law.
• Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on various legal topics.
• Monitor legal developments and updates relevant to Bosch's operations in Romania and Bulgaria.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as internal software reporting, database update, document management and correspondence.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Maintains a good collaboration with internal clients.

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. or LLM program at an accredited law school in Romania.
• Strong academic performance.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in commercial law, compliance, and international business.

Bonus Points

• Previous internship experience, particularly in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of German language (not mandatory, but appreciated).
• Familiarity with legal research databases.

• Hybrid - Bosch Bucharest headquarters and remote.
