About the role:
Looking to make an impact while still studying? In this remote role, you’ll support our Italian team and gain valuable experience in international seller onboarding. It’s a great opportunity to contribute your ideas and help shape processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
About your tasks:
Support the Italian team with varied day-to-day operations
Handle seller inquiries through our ticket system and offer solutions
Assist with onboarding new sellers to our platform
Help improve onboarding materials in collaboration with the team
Bring your ideas to improve and innovate our processes
About you:
You are enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business, E-Commerce, Management)
You speak fluent Italian and have very good English skills
You have a structured and independent work style
You are comfortable working remotely and want to help shape things proactively
