Working Student Marketing Analytics (x|f|m) - On-site

For the Marketing Analytics team in our Bioprocess Solutions unit we are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m). In this position you will be responsible for supporting analysis and reporting of marketing analytics data including demand generation programs and activities, contact database health, lead funnel performance and market data. In this versatile role you will be able to grow with us, get to know B2B marketing processes and gain hands on experience in digital marketing.
As a working student, you will benefit twice: You will gain important professional experience while you earn some extra income aside from continuing your studies. Working 15 - 20 hours a week in the US MST/CET time zones will enable you to still focus the majority of your time on your studies. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Support in lead management, including data entry, tracking, and follow-up

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of lead generation reports

• Support in conducting market research and analyses to identify potential leads and business opportunities

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information

• Work together on integrating market data, including the mapping of various data sources

• Provide administrative support as needed

What will convince us

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (eg, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing) with at least 1.5 years of studies remaining

• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Analytical and data driven mindset

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. German a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM and Tableau is a plus

• Ability to work in US MST time zone

• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
