Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Administrative support of the Legal Brand Protection (LBP) Team (e.g. support on specific projects by conducting data quality checks, cross-checking lists, formatting presentations
- Assisting external support and support with the archive review project
- Preparing and organizing execution of trademark related Power of Attorneys for LBP team
- Checking (i.e. cross-checking certificates of registration to ensure details align with relevant data in data management system and archiving of documents (certificates, contracts) both in hard copy and electronically in our data management system
- Updating trademark/designs databases and lists (i.e. Parallel Imports, data management system)
- Archiving of expired trademarks
- Scanning and copying of documents (mainly documents relating to parallel import requests) to support LBP team
