As working student you are part of Roland Berger’s powerful and global IT team. Together with highly motivated colleagues, you can contribute significantly to advancing our technological capabilities and achieving excellence in the consulting industry.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Planning, installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of IT systems such as PCs and iPhones
- Supporting our employees in solving technical user problems and parts of our IT services
- Participation in the implementation of cloud-based software solutions
- Collaboration on IT projects
- Willingness to support in optimizing existing processes through automation (experience with PowerShell or PowerAutomate would be an advantage)
Qualifications
- Successfully completed (technical) high school diploma or university entrance qualification
- Enthusiasm for IT topics and digital solutions
- Structured way of working and distinct service orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office and common Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy teamwork, reliability and a high level of motivation and willingness to learn
