Job DescriptionAbout the role:
Join the Redcare Pharmacy Category Management team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and future-oriented e-commerce company! With flat hierarchies and an exciting work environment, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute meaningfully to our online shop operations in Switzerland and Italy.
We are looking for a motivated Working Student Category Management (m/f/d) to support our dynamic team. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about eCommerce, product management, and data analysis.
About your tasks:
- You will support our category management in the varied daily business
- You will be jointly responsible for the onboarding of new products and product categorization in our Swiss and Italian online shop
- You will select best fitting products for newsletter, banners and other marketing promotions.
- Together with the team, you will work on projects, e.g. for the presentation of the categories in our online shop and for performance optimisation
- You will also be responsible for creating reports and carrying out product range and market analyses
About you:
- You are currently studying Economics, eCommerce, or a related field
- You are available for a 1-year student contract, ideally working 20 hours per week
- You have solid Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables)
- You are highly motivated and curious to learn
- You speak fluent German and English
- You have some prior work experience — ideally in e-commerce, pharma, or category management
- You are available to start in September 2025
