Working Student HR Systems and Processes (x|f|m) - Hybrid

For the HR Systems & Processes Talent and Learning Services department, we are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) at the Goettingen location (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH), for 15-20h, limited until the end of Q1 2026. It is a hybrid role that requires a few days on-site at our headquarters in Göttingen and offers the opportunity to work remotely for a few days.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to user inquiries about our global HR system, Workday

• Close collaboration with our global team of experts and various international HR departments: Recruiting, Talent Management and Learning

• Assist in the creation of trainings and participant management in the area of Global Learning Services

• Support in the further development of Workday and implementation of digital HR processes, e.g. through data evaluations, identification of improvement potentials and system tests

• Creation of data quality checks and data cleansing actions

• Creation/updating of training materials and support in the preparation and implementation of trainings

• Assist with change management and communication initiatives as well as in international HR projects

• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge in the team, e.g. through continuous entries in the internal wiki

What will convince us

• Study Program in economics, social sciences, or a comparable course of study at a university or college

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Independent way of working, organizational talent and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Proactive communication

• High IT affinity and enjoyment in dealing with systems and numbers, as well as interest in HR topics 

• Very good knowledge of German and English
