Job Description
- Experience cooperation: You have the opportunity to learn and work in a multicultural environment, in various systems applications and databases.
- Take responsibility: Support with various administrative tasks such as data input and regular update, archive support, verification of submitted data and documents, get in touch with our employees and their requests, create working documents, contracts and certificates.
- Help shape the future: we have regularly changing requirements in which we would need your support and your ideas to improve our processes and daily tasks.
- Networked communication: our daily business is to communicate with Bosch internal colleagues and external clients
- Live internationally: we are a team of colleagues from three different countries and even more throughout the whole plant.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Personality: you are a self-confident, independent and assertive person who likes to communicate with different, international audience and you are a very good team player at the same time.
- Working practice: your working style is accurate, structured, solution oriented and pro-active.
- Experience and Knowledge: international experience abroad and basic knowledge within the field of HR is highly appreciated but not a must have.
- Languages: profound written and spoken language skills in Romanian and English language is required.
- Education: you are currently enrolled in your university studies with a focus on human resources management, statistics or labor law
