About the Role:
Iberdrola Deutschland is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented working student to join our GIS and Environment Team (GISE) in Berlin. In this role, you will support the team with a variety of organizational and analytical tasks, contributing to the development of renewable energy projects across Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and editing of maps using ArcGIS
- Support the area identification process for potential project development
- Conduct literature research and analyze regional planning documents
- Communicate with municipalities to gather relevant data and project-related information
- Help optimize internal workflows and contribute to the team’s efficiency
Your Profile:
- Native German speaker
- Experience with GIS tools, particularly ArcGIS
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Geography, Environmental Science, Urban Planning)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in Berlin or nearby
