Primary Responsibilities
- We are looking for working students who can imagine staying in the role for a longer period and who are interested in potentially transitioning as full time employees into areas such as Client Service, Sales Support, Sales/Distribution or other functions within the organization.
- Supporting the Intermediary Team in their day-to-day business activities as well as in the preparation and implementation of strategic sales initiatives in the German-speaking region.
- Closely liaising and collaborating with colleagues from Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing and Compliance to prepare and coordinate materials and presentations for distribution partners.
- Organizing and assisting with activities for existing and prospective intermediary clients, including presentations, proposals and tender documents (e.g. RfPs), ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Conducting market and competitor research (Morningstar Direct) in the intermediary segment and supporting the team in developing appropriate sales strategies as well as in client, channel and product analysis.
- Providing administrative support to the Intermediary Team, including maintaining and updating databases and CRM systems, preparing reports (e.g. pipeline and activity overviews) and documenting client meetings to help enhance sales processes.
- Organizing and proactively supporting client and distribution partner events (on- and offline), as well as assisting in the creation and localization of marketing and sales materials for intermediary clients.
- Post-processing of webinars, including follow-up communication with clients and distribution partners as well as coordination of next steps.
- Driving innovation within the Intermediary Team by contributing own ideas and projects aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and client coverage processes.
Candidates must be fluent in both German and English.
Students will be required to work up to 20 hours per week during term time, with flexible hours and flexible hours outside of term time.
