Your Role
As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will play an important part in supporting our administrative and digitization processes. Your tasks will include:
Assisting with the digitization of physical files
Pre-sorting and re-sorting documents
Scanning and saving files accurately
Entering bibliographic data of IP rights into databases
Performing other administrative tasks in the docketing area
Your Profile
Enrolled student status
Meticulous and detail-oriented working style
Reliable and responsible
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in German and English
Available for approx. 20 hours/week
