In this role you will gain insights into the topics and projects of the Digital Customer Experience department in the areas of eProcurement, Website, eShop and Portal. You will work closely with our IT Product Owner, developers, project managers and stakeholders in sales, marketing and customer service.
The job is part-time and can be done on site at the campus in Göttingen.

You support the eProcurement team in project management
You will be involved in the creation and upload of electronic catalogs (for Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa etc.)
You will support the various teams in processing internal and external inquiries
The processing of tickets, as well as the creation of evaluations and presentations round off your area of responsibility

You are an enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in one of the following disciplines Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, eBusiness
You are enthusiastic about eCommerce and digitization, ideally you have already gained initial experience in one or both of these fields
You are characterized by your independent way of working, a high level of comprehension as well as good time management and a high degree of self-organization
You enjoy working in an international team with diverse and exciting tasks
Very good German and English skills round off your profile
