Your mission as a Working Student Customer Success — DACH (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Working Student Customer Success — DACH to support our Customer Success Team for Appinio. In this role, you will support our Customer Success Managers and team, making sure our customers get the insights they need for their business success. You will be at the forefront of our journey to revolutionize the insights market and set the foundation for a career in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales in one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing proposals, slides, and other materials for stakeholder communication
- Developing content and formats to educate and engage customers (e.g., webinars, use cases, newsletters, etc.)
- Supporting operational day-to-day tasks (e.g., planning and organizing monthly meetings, managing digital workspaces for team collaboration)
- Supporting the maintenance and administration of our CRM system, HubSpot
You will thrive in this role if
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You have previous experience in fast-paced, demanding environments such as management consulting, big tech, or startups
- You are able to break down complex issues effectively
- You possess an analytical mindset with strong quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools is a plus
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- You show a high degree of proactivity, diligence, and a "get-things-done" mentality
