About the opportunity
Join our Complaint Management & Prevention (CMP) team as a “Working Student”. You will be working alongside our Operational Readiness team inside of the CMP department assisting with a variety of tasks. Our CMP is working with almost every department within N26, that’s why it’s a good place to get to know N26 as a whole in a short period of time.
In this role, you will:

Performing usual administrative and back office tasks

Assisting in reporting related tasks
-
Supporting at teamwide projects
-
Communication with different stakeholders from different departments
-
Contributing in organizing the team virtual space using different tools
-
Assisting in additional tasks as specified by your line manager
What you need to be successful:
Background
-
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Law, Economics, etc.

Ideally, already gained first working experience (preferably in the area of banking / financial services or consulting)
Skills
-
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
-
English (mandatory, fluent), German, Spanish or French as a bonus

Organizational and communication skills

Desire to optimize processes and workflows
-
Team player who likes to work in a highly motivated team and with a high degree of autonomy

Ability to quickly understand new and complex topics
-
Willingness to go the extra mile to get ideas and find solutions proactively
