Working student - Community Manager - Partner Tech (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Partner Tech is one of the core organisations within Zalando. We are responsible for sourcing fashion products and consumer goods into Zalando. Through our platform and tools, we provide a wide range of products to customers all over Europe. The organization is composed of more than 300 talented individuals who are dedicated to creating the best platform and inspiring opportunities for multi million euro fashion brands and physical retail stores, connecting them with consumers across multiple European markets.

In our People & Cultures organisational pillar within Partner Tech we focus on our people. This includes understanding their engagement, looking after diversity & inclusion, fostering innovation and building our communities

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Support us on our quarterly internal pulse check (zBeat) by updating our dashboard (google sheet), support us in analysing the data and writing our insights report. 

• Help us to represent our organisation within Zalando by keeping the Partner Tech zLive page up to date, posting relevant content, conducting surveys and working with us on our monthly People & Cultures pillar. 

• You are passionate for diversity and inclusion and have interest in different cultures, so that you can help shape the organisation in the right way. Therefore you advocate events, share respective knowledge and help spreading relevant information. 

• You support us in building communities by preparing and supporting during events

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

• You have skills to handle basic tasks in MS Excel and/or google spreadsheets, e.g. aggregating data or building charts

• You have an analytic thinking and a passion for numbers and love to understand the “why” behind the data

• You have interest in various cultures, mental wellbeing and diversity

• You are interested in supporting communities by preparing and facilitating events like our Partner Tech breakfast, our Game night or our Pub Quiz

• You like to actively support improving the working culture in our organization

• You have an open and friendly communication 

• Interest in AI and coding skills are a plus, not a must
