Fashion and lifestyle for millions of customers is our daily business in Customer Proposition department. Every customer who shops at Zalando should find their perfect products – whether shoes, textiles or accessories.
The Customer Proposition team is responsible for creating a trend-focused, profitable assortment. We are currently looking for a Working Student to join our Private Label Buying team for the Footwear and Accessories assortment.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
You support the team by comparing and entering order confirmations
You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining system data (order and item master data)
You process order confirmations in our internal merchandise management system
You help resolve problem cases and ensure smooth communication across departments
You manage and maintain data for our key styles
You are in close contact with our buyers and purchasing assistants
You support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are currently a registered student (all genders welcome)
You are interested in administrative and operational tasks
You work with high attention to detail and accuracy
You have strong organisational skills
You are confident using PCs and standard software tools
You have a high affinity for numbers and process-oriented tasks
You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
