Working Student B2B Sales Operations (all genders)

The opportunity 

We are excited to welcome a Working Student to our Sales Operations team. If you are motivated and ready to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing operations, this role is perfect for you.

Your responsibilities 

• You support in maintaining and managing the CRM system and sales tools
• You help to ensure our CRM and sales tools are always up-to-date and operational
• You ensure our customer database is always current
• You generate regular reports and analyses to gain valuable insights from our data
• You identify and generate potential customer contacts to support our sales team
• You assist in the preparation and implementation of planned marketing campaigns
• You collaborate with various sales tools and help automate our CRM processes

What you need to succeed 

• You are enrolled as a student at a university with at least 2 semesters remaining in your studies
• You have initial practical experience in similar areas and are interested in a long-term position
• You have analytical skills and a good understanding of complex interrelationships
• You enjoy working with numbers and data analysis
• You are a team player and always show initiative
• You are independent and meticulous in your daily work
• You are proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
• You have good command of spoken and written English; German skills are desirable
