Working Student (all genders) | Germany (Working from Home) | Part Time ( 20h/week) 

As a Working Student (all genders) in Teaching Material Creation for the Italian Market at eduki, you will join forces with other students to help us reach our goal of expanding the teaching material stock available for the Italian market.
In this short-term project, running until the end of October, you’ll play an active role in creating and curating high-quality teaching materials.
This is a fixed-term position - perfect as a summer job - starting preferably on the 1st of July.

Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

• Material Creation: You will independently create and upload high-quality teaching materials, following our quality standards and upload guidelines.
• Tool Usage & Workflow: You will work independently with tools such as our internal AI solutions, Canva, and ChatGPT to support the creation process and boost efficiency, following initial guidance and onboarding.
• Accountability & Communication: You will report your progress on a weekly basis and proactively communicate any challenges or blockers in the process, whether internal or external.

We are searching for a passionate and motivated Working Student (all genders) who would like to demonstrate their competencies to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: 

• You have native-level proficiency in Italian (C2) and strong English skills (B2+), both written and spoken.
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Pedagogy, Education, or a related field. 
• You take a solution-oriented and reliable approach to your work and are comfortable working independently within tight deadlines.
• You have strong time management and communication skills and contribute actively and clearly within a team setting.
• Nice-To-Have: You are familiar with the creation of teaching materials, have basic skills in Canva and/or working with AI-assisted tools.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law. 

Working from Home: We fully embrace a home office culture and want you to enjoy full flexibility by enabling you to set your own work schedule. We are providing the necessary software and hardware. Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us!

Market-Aligned Compensation: As a working student at eduki, you will receive an hourly pay of 13 to 15 EUR, depending on your competencies and skills. Additionally, you will receive paid vacation, based on how many days per week you will work.
