The Programming Lead I is expected to be a strong WorkFront and WorkFront Fusion developer with 5 or more years of experience in working with tool development, modifications and data management.
He/she must be self-motivated, creative, technically astute, and able to coach and develop less experienced team members. The Program Lead I role also needs to support, manage and supervise other development work as needed, as well as act as mentor on technology, processes and soft skills for the team.
He/she is expected to design, develop, test, debug and document Project Management systems and supporting services to support business needs. Analyzes, reviews and adjusts programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Provides support for developed solutions. Ability to function as a technical lead by performing task break down on business needs and helping the team self-organize.
Essential Job Duties:
- Facilitates technical design planning, solution approach and implementation.
- Strong oversight and coaching skills to supervise and coordinate development work and communication as needed.
- Understand business case of requirement and map to existing Technical Implementation Office (ie. WorkFront – Fusion) and other utilities.
- Technically drive and develop the robust and sustainable solution to suit business need.
- Performs code reviews to ensure quality of programming through standards enforcement, peer review and automated tools.
- Strong sense of re-engineering old processes into modern solutions.
- Works with DBAs to establish necessary persistence platforms for applications.
- Participate in requirement analysis and help improve existing code.
- Follows department procedures that define the software development life cycle and coding standards.
- Troubleshoots problems in existing and newly developed applications and facilitates the team to identity and implement effective and durable solutions.
- Build/maintain relationships with internal and external customers, team members, support teams and 3rd party vendors.
- Report progress or issues to senior management team as needed.

- Experience with handling data and information in different systems.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Experience with communication to various levels of hierarchy.
- Experience working with following technologies.
- WorkFront
- WorkFront Fusion
Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses
Minimum Required:
WorkFront and WorkFront Fusion experience is a MUST have
Preferred:
Coding scripts, API, Webhooks, WorkFront knowledge, Workfront Fusion coding, Workfront text mode reporting

Working Conditions:
The work will be performed remotely. Must have communications to connect to internet. This is a second shift position.
pecial Factors:
The position will be subject to flexible working hours as per current requirements applicable to Technical Implementation Office department, which will include defined periods of mandatory presence in the office to ensure availability to client contacts. Overtime may be required to ensure timely action on client deliverables. The overtime requires the approval of the line manager.
