  • User Enablement & Support: Act as the main point of contact for Workfront users across TPS Central. Deliver enablement sessions, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption and confidence. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.

  • Creative Solutioning & Scale: Find opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify user interactions. Develop scalable, repeatable solutions that support business growth and operational rigor. Collaborate with developers and Fusion experts to translate business requirements into technical execution.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience crafting and managing Adobe Workfront dashboards, views, and reports.

  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Workfront’s front-end capabilities, including Report Builder, Text Mode, and Custom Forms.

  • Experience enabling users and driving platform adoption across diverse teams.

  • Good communication and collaborator engagement skills.

  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for building intuitive, scalable systems.
