The Workforce Technology team within Enterprise Technology leads the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for The Walt Disney Company.
The Workforce Technology team is looking for an Analyst to provide support for our current Talent & Performance technologies. The Analyst will support researching, reviewing, testing and deploying functional release items. They provide support for system enhancements, including configuration, conducting end to end testing of enhancements and supporting implementation. They collaborate with functional and technical partners to coordinate the application of upgrades, fixes, and issues. They support the issue resolution process by monitoring a ticket queue, researching and analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner.
Responsibilities of Role:
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Facilitate issue resolution and work request execution processes. Includes monitoring ticket queue, researching/analyzing, executing configuration changes, resolving, and responding to users in a timely manner.
- Support testing of system enhancements including validation tasks and documentation.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders for alignment and coordination of work stream prioritization.
- Support product release cycles. Includes assisting in review, testing and deploying functional release items, upgrades and bug fixes.
- Participates in sprint planning activities.
- Assist with system documentation in appropriate repositories, including managing version control.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of related business experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting technology solutions for Talent and Performance functional area inclusive but not limited to performance reviews, coaching, development, mentorship, succession planning, etc.
- Collaborative, work as part of a team in a constructive way.
- Apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships.
- Ability to translate complex business interactions into technical configuration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Experience configuring and maintaining HR SaaS applications.
- Experience in Service Now or similar ticketing tool.
Nice To Haves:
- Talent & Performance experience in Workday preferred.
- 3 years of Workday support experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
- Brings application sustainment best practices to life.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Business Analysis or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.

The hiring range for this position in California is $78,900.00-$105,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
