We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce & Rewards team at Mercer. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Interns will be deployed under the supervision of a Talent Strategy Consultant and support consulting projects, engagement surveys and initiatives, client events and conferences, and sales support and administration. You will gain exposure to client work through research, analysis, deliverable development, and project coordination while contributing to team discussions and learning across core consulting and talent solution areas.
We will count on you to:
Analyze qualitative and quantitative client data under the guidance of a project manager.
Conduct research-based activities to support client projects and business development efforts.
Prepare high-quality client deliverables that communicate key insights effectively.
Support project managers with coordination activities to help projects run to time and budget.
Assist peers with work and brainstorming, including projects outside your direct responsibilities.
Contribute ideas in team discussions and seek opportunities to continuously upskill.
What you need to have:
Currently pursuing a degree in business, human resources, economics, psychology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
