We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce & Rewards team at Mercer. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Mercer Workforce & Rewards helps clients navigate the future of work by bringing together reward and talent expertise. As a Workforce & Rewards Consulting Analyst, you will support client projects, research, analysis and business development activities across compensation, benefits, engagement and learning solutions.
We will count on you to:
- Support sales activity, lead generation, marketing campaigns, proposals and sales presentations
- Deliver and support client projects across compensation, benefits, career frameworks, global mobility, workforce metrics and employee engagement
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate reports, insights and benchmarks that support client objectives
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare client-ready reports and analysis with guidance from senior team members
- Build positive working relationships with regional colleagues and project delivery resources
- Support planning and delivery of Marsh HR Academy workshops and contribute to market-facing content, surveys and industry engagement
What you need to have:
- Relevant undergraduate education in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
- Ideally someone with at least 4+ years of work experience in early career in sales, marketing, consulting or a related environment
- Well-developed analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
