The individual should also become an expert in current workflow management dashboards and processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to service level agreements.

Gather, analyze, and interpret workforce data from Workday, ServiceNow, and other systems to provide regular reports on volumes and KPIs. Ensure insights are accurate and timely for leadership’s decision-making needs.

Assist in staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning to maintain adequate coverage, adapting to changes in demand. Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure service levels are met.

Independently execute assigned operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while coordinating closely with the HR Operations team to support workforce efficiency.

Regularly communicate workforce data findings to HR Operations, ensuring stakeholders are informed of current volumes, trends, and any fluctuations in workforce performance. Work closely with HR Operations to address staffing needs, adjust schedules as needed, and support workforce-related initiatives across the organization.

Track key workforce metrics and KPIs, monitoring adherence to global and internal KPIs to ensure compliance. Report findings regularly to support leadership in guiding corrective actions.

Expertise in workforce planning: Become an expert in workflow management current dashboards and processes to balance workloads and comply with service level agreements.
