Job DescriptionAre you passionate about workforce strategy and scheduling excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your skills in planning and resource optimisation drive real impact? Sodexo is looking for a Workforce Planning Senior to support and lead workforce planning initiatives!
As our Workforce Planning Senior, you’ll be responsible for driving best practice workforce planning and resource management strategies that create a competitive edge for Sodexo. You’ll ensure we are always one step ahead, with the right people in the right place, at the right time. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient, and quality service delivery to our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Implement strategic workforce solutions aligned to client and operational needs
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Operational teams
- Lead audits, manage rosters, and ensure commercial and client expectations are met
- Mentor and support schedulers to deliver on SLA performance
- Ensure compliance across contingent labour pools
- Support new site mobilisations and workforce planning projects
What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning principles and scheduling operations
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proven mentoring or team coaching experience
- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with Time & Attendance systems
- A keen eye for detail, organisation, and continuous improvement
- FIFO industry experience (desirable)
