The Digital and Technology Workforce Planning and Development Program Coordinator facilitates workforce planning, early talent initiatives, and operational programs throughout the technology organization. This position oversees the effective delivery of both virtual and in-person engagements, intern and rotational assignments, as well as learning and development activities. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who demonstrates exceptional communication and teamwork skills and is dedicated to supporting talent and operational excellence within a dynamic IT setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
Support daily workforce planning and development initiatives.
Manage elements of workforce strategy, such as career pathing documents and resource repositories like SharePoint.
Monitor and report KPIs for onboarding, rotations, and learning programs.
Event & Training Coordination
Oversee logistics for college recruitment cycles, encompassing event planning, candidate communications, and scheduling.
Plan and execute both internal and external events, including conferences, hackathons, workshops, skilling sprints, and summer internship programs.
Coordinate all aspects of virtual and on-site event logistics such as venue arrangements, preparation of materials, and communication with attendees.
Onboarding & Rotation Program Support
Facilitate onboarding procedures for early talent new hires to provide a seamless and engaging experience.
Manage logistics for rotation programs, including schedule coordination, communications, placement administration, and performance monitoring.
Partner with HR and business units to advance early talent recruitment and professional development initiatives.
Communication Planning and Execution
Help create and manage the team's communications calendar and content.
Find and develop opportunities for recognition, celebrating achievements, or sharing best practices.
Promote engagement throughout Digital and Technology by supporting a culture of continuous learning and the implementation of early talent and learning programs.
Post announcements, highlight learning opportunities, and amplify key messages across social communication tools and internal platforms (e.g. Viva Engage, Sharepoint).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, or a closely related discipline; prior experience within IT or technical settings is preferred.
Three to five years of professional experience in project coordination, communications, or workforce development roles.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing logistics for events, upskilling initiatives, or talent development programs.
Knowledge of IT organizational frameworks and workforce requirements is considered advantageous.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Experience using generative AI (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) in communications and project management a plus
Strong project management capabilities.
Ability to generate reports and dashboards using Excel or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
$81,580.00 - $122,365.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
