As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Workforce Manager to optimize staffing, improve operational efficiency, and maximize revenue across our Inside Sales organization.

What You'll DoAs our Workforce Manager, you'll own workforce planning for a high-volume, revenue-driven contact center. You'll ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to maximize productivity and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Forecast call, lead, and workload volume using historical data, seasonality, and business trends
- Develop staffing models that support company growth and operational goals
- Create and manage agent schedules across multiple teams and campaigns
- Monitor real-time operations and make staffing adjustments to maintain service levels
- Analyze workforce performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership on hiring and staffing strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, scheduling processes, and workforce utilization
- Identify trends and proactively recommend operational improvements
- Experience in Workforce Management within a contact center or inside sales environment
- Strong forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management experience
- Experience with Five9 and/or Workforce Management (WFM) software
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms preferred
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to leadership
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
