This role provides data-driven insights to identify opportunities to shift work across operational tiers, optimize workforce allocation, and mitigate capacity risks, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery. The position maintains a strictly analytical and preventive scope and does not evaluate individual or team performance. This is a flexible work opportunity based in Bogotá, Colombia, with potential to evolve into a global role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Align demand with workforce capacity through forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning activities
- Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs (e.g., volume, SLA, adherence) to ensure performance and service levels
- Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
- Manage intraday adjustments to optimize resource allocation and respond to demand fluctuations in real time
- Identify risks, trends, and performance gaps, escalating issues and proposing improvement actions
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Execute audits and controls on planning processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and operational continuity
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in operational analytics, workforce planning, scheduling, or reporting roles
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and translate data into insights
- Experience working with KPIs and operational dashboards
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to leadership

- Experience supporting multi-channel or shared services environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
