About the Role

We are looking for a Workforce Data Science Specialist to join our growing team and lead the way in developing innovative workforce analytics solutions. This role will focus on leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex workforce data, delivering valuable insights that empower HR and business leaders to make evidence-based decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Analytics:

Create and implement advanced modeling techniques to predict workforce trends (e.g., employee turnover, performance).

Test, document, and scale repeatable data-driven solutions tailored to business challenges.

Problem Solving:

Understand complex business problems and design analytical approaches to address them effectively.

Utilize innovative methodologies to unlock insights from workforce data, including machine learning and large language models (LLMs).

Insight Communication:

Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align data insights with organizational goals.

Technical Expertise:

Employ a variety of advanced statistical, data mining, and visualization techniques to deliver impactful insights.

Identify and implement best-fit tools, including Python, TensorFlow, SQL, PyTorch, and other modern programming languages.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience:

3-5 years in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on workforce or HR data being a strong advantage.

Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python (e.g., NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL.

Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as natural language processing (NLP) and predictive modeling.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Excellent communication skills to present insights to diverse audiences.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science).

A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
