Role overview

The Workforce Management Data Analyst, reporting to the Director, Workforce Strategy, is responsible for building, managing, and auditing reports for forecasting, scheduling, and other workforce management data as needed.

A day in the life…

  • Write/program/develop and implement visual data reports and build personalized, interactive data visualizations, reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.

  • Work with the business to process requirements and convert them into meaningful reports as well as be able to train and communicate the reports to the business stakeholders.

  • Design & develop automated and distributed frameworks to ingest and transform data from disparate sources across the organization.

  • Design modern cloud focused data analytics environment.

  • Work closely with Data Scientists to help build data pipelines for Machine Learning models.

  • Assist with process definition and library of reusable objects (fields, calculations, KPI, etc.).

  • Solve issues with minimal direction, identifies data related problems and provide scalable solutions.

  • Participate in the definition of application scope and objectives through research and fact finding.

  • Maintain productive working relationships with project sponsors and key systems users.

  • Communicate and present the reports to the business stakeholders.

  • Experience with Excel (Qlik and Workday a plus) and data manipulation skills.

  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis.

  • Team player capable of effective collaboration across highly matrixed organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset and desire to add value.
